SETEM was created in 1995 in Cotonou, Benin, in West Africa. After a quarter of a century of operation, we are among the Top 3 leaders in the engineering, living environment and construction industries. We combine passion, vision and expertise in the areas of activity in which we operate.


Employing about a hundred employees, SETEM is a consulting engineering firm with offices in Benin, Senegal, Burkina-Faso, Niger, Togo, Tunisia and France. Taking into account the needs and expectations of our customers, we deliver all kinds of projects, whether they are buildings, infrastructure or civil, hydraulic, electrical and other works.
